1. General Store Use & Account Responsibilities

• Eligibility: By using this website, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or are accessing the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

• Account Accuracy: You agree to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information (including legal name, delivery address, phone number, and email) during checkout. We are not responsible for delivery failures or delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping details provided by you.

• Store Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Any unauthorized use of your account must be reported to our support team immediately.

2. Product Information, Pricing & Customization

• Handmade & Aesthetic Variations: We strive to display product colors, dimensions, and designs as accurately as possible. However, because many of our gifts are handcrafted, printed, or curated, slight natural variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur depending on your screen resolution or lighting conditions during photography. These natural variations do not constitute a product defect.

• Customized & Personalized Gifts: When ordering customized gifts (such as photo prints, engraved names, or custom messages), you are solely responsible for ensuring that the spelling, grammar, and image quality submitted to us are correct. We will print or assemble the gift exactly according to the instructions you provide.

• Pricing & Availability: All prices listed on our platform are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to change without prior notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without liability.

3. Our "Real-Time Video Check" Commitment

To ensure absolute quality and transparency, our team personally checks and tests your product before dispatch. We send a real-time verification video of your item to your registered WhatsApp number.

• Once the video is sent and the item leaves our facility in confirmed working/pristine condition, our responsibility shifts to ensuring safe transit through our courier partners.

4. Order Processing, Payments & Cancellation

• Order Acceptance: We reserve the right to accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason, including but not limited to: product unavailability, inaccuracies in pricing or product information, suspected fraudulent activity, or unserviceable delivery PIN codes.

• Payment Gateways: All online payments are processed through secure, RBI-compliant third-party payment gateways. We do not store your complete credit/debit card numbers or bank account details on our servers.

• Strict Cancellation Window: As outlined in our official Return & Refund Policy, order cancellations or modifications are strictly permitted only within 1 to 2 hours of placing the order by calling/messaging our helpline. Once an order is dispatched or sent into custom printing, it cannot be canceled or modified under any circumstances.

5. Shipping, Delivery & Force Majeure

• Jaipur Same-Day Delivery: For orders within Jaipur city limits placed before 6:00 PM (IST), we guarantee same-day processing and dispatch. For orders placed after 6:00 PM, we will make our best effort for same-night delivery; otherwise, it will be prioritized as the first delivery the following morning.

• Nationwide Shipping: For nationwide orders outside Jaipur, transit timelines depend on third-party courier partners (e.g., Blue Dart, Delhivery, Shiprocket).

• Force Majeure (Startup Shield): While we make every human effort to deliver your gifts on time, Gift Galaxy Store shall not be held liable for delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, nationwide courier strikes, festivals/traffic gridlocks, government restrictions, or unexpected logistical disruptions.

6. Returns, Replacements & Unboxing Video Policy

Your purchase is strictly governed by our Return, Replacement & Refund Policy. By agreeing to these Terms, you explicitly acknowledge and agree that:

1. An uncut, continuous unboxing video is 100% mandatory to claim any replacement or refund for damaged, broken, or incorrect items.

2. Claims must be reported to our helpline within 24 hours of delivery.

3. Customized/personalized items and "change of mind" returns are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable.

7. Intellectual Property & User Conduct

• Brand Ownership: All content on this website—including logo designs, product photographs, text descriptions, graphics, and branding—is the exclusive property of Gift Galaxy Store and is protected by Indian copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use our content for commercial purposes without written permission.

• Polite Communication: We believe in mutual respect. Our staff works 365 days a year to assist you. Any abusive language, harassment, threats, or fraudulent claims directed at our customer support team will result in immediate cancellation of your order without refund, blacklisting from our platform, and potential legal action if necessary.

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Indian law:

• Gift Galaxy Store, its founders, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of our website, product delivery delays, or the inability to use our products.

• Our total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from an order shall never exceed the exact amount paid by you for that specific order.

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Gift Galaxy Store from any claims, damages, or legal expenses resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of our platform.
